Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F.
Rinse and drain the black beans.
Add the lime juice and spices to the black beans.
Stir in the spices and mash the beans with a fork.
Place the corn tostadas on a baking sheet.
Divide the beans evenly on top of the tostados.
Top the beans with shredded Mexican cheese.
Place the pan in the oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove and set aside.
Fry each egg to just set into over easy.
Place one egg on top of each tostada and place back into the oven for 4-5 minutes, or until the white of the egg is fully set.
Remove from the oven and top with salsa, sour cream and chopped cilantro and enjoy!
